Mark your calendars for Friday, June 5, 2026, because National Flip Flop Day is back! To celebrate, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is giving away FREE 12 oz Mango Monsoon™ Smoothies to anyone who walks into a participating cafe rocking their flip flops.

Getting your hands on this refreshing mango goodness is incredibly simple, but there are a few rules to keep in mind so you don’t miss out:

When: Friday, June 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (local time).
Where: In-cafe only at participating Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations.
The Dress Code: You must wear flip flops! Dust off your favorite pair and wear them proudly into the store.
The Limit: There is a limit of one free 12 oz Smoothie per guest. No modifications are allowed on the promotional smoothie, and the deal is only valid while supplies last.
