The promotion is for Target Circle members which is Target’s version of a rewards program with coupons. Target Circle is basically just a Target account, which is free and you can sign up online, or through their app.

You’ll need a free Circle account to access many of Target’s deals, not just during Circle Week, but throughout the year.

Some of the current and upcoming listed deals include discounts on Dyson Vacuums, Keurig Coffee Makers, Halloween Lighting, Clothing, Food, TVs, Shoes and Gift Cards!!
